  Process : 1. Draw the block letter first. 2. Add diagonal lines, all going in the same direction. 3. Connect the diagonal ends as shown. Extension Activity : Doodle Name Art 1. Write you name in pencil, with lots of space in between letters. 2 . Draw Block letters around the stick letters. 3. Add an even outline around the block letters.  4. Draw some bubbles attached. 5. Fill in with more bubbles until the art looks balanced.  6. Add round lines. Color your name with warm or cool colors. Use opposite colors for the background. MEET THE ARTIST : Dongi Lee is a pop artist from Seoul, South Korea. He is best known for his character named Atomouse. This character is a combination of Atom, from Japanese animation, and Mickey Mouse, from American animation. Dongi uses Atomouse to bring lightness to heavy topics, and show the conflict between fiction and reality, as well as cultural convergence. These artworks the progression of Dongi's character "Atomouse" from 1999 to 2017.     How has Atomouse changed over the years?  What do you think caused these changes?
